COACHING AND MENTORING
Coaching is a way of exploring the challenges and problems that you may face in a supportive, empathetic and confidential environment. I will support you in setting the goals that will help you achieve whatever you aspire to; whether that is in becoming more confident, getting a new job or coping with a major life change such as redundancy.
I believe that coaching can make a significant, positive impact by enabling you to make the time to explore and identify the issues, think through solutions and feel energised to take action.
I will take you through an initial, free 30-minute consultation over the phone so that the coaching can be tailored to your needs and this will ensure that you are comfortable with the way forward. If you decide to go ahead I offer hour long coaching sessions face to face or by phone with email contact between sessions if appropriate. You do not need to book a minimum number of sessions with me and I am very happy to provide a ‘one-off’ coaching appointment if that is what is required.

Mentoring is different from coaching as a mentor will share their own experiences and expertise to give you more direction. In our initial, free 30-minute consultation I will talk about which one is the best for you.
If you are starting or running your own business a mentor will see your business from a different perspective, be someone to share your concerns and worries with and using their experiences help you identify solutions to make your business more successful.

Terms and Conditions
- Fees payable in advance for standalone sessions
- For packages of sessions fees payable as follows:
- 4 session packages: 50% on booking, 50% on completion of session 2
- 6 session packages: 50% on booking, 25% on completion of session 2, 25% on completion of session 4
